Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase invoice.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@murieandpearl.com and let us know you wish to return a parcel. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund, minus the shipping costs. We recommend sending parcels tracked and/or signed for in order for the parcel to be located easily, and so there is a record of sending and receiving the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding shipping cost to send item(s) back to us). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Murie and Pearl Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or defective, or has not arrived within 14 day of dispatch notification, please contact the postal courier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim as photo evidence may be required. All orders we send out for delivery are insured with the postal courier. have your tracking number to hand so the courier can try to locate your lost parcel as quickly as possible.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. please email us a photo of the items along with the order number on your receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers/herbs, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods such as; bath bombs, and the following products if the seal has been broken/opened or used: bath salts, soaps, shower gels, lotions, and oils. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, and gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
