Shipping policy
Shipping methods: We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as our main Courier. For international shipping and parcels over 2kg we may use other couriers from time to time.
Free Tracked shipping is valid on UK orders over £75.
Free standard shipping is valid on UK orders under £5.
Rates: UK shipping from £1.65
EU shipping from £9.85
International (world) shipping from £13.75
UK SHIPPING:
All items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.
To avoid delays receiving your parcels around public holidays we advise you place your orders earlier by a few days to avoid disappointment, as your parcel doesn't arrive within the usual time frame (e.g. Christmas and New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday). In the Event of a CWU member strike, customers will be notified via email and/or social media if any disruption will be caused. January Sales/Valentines Day/Black Friday Events - please be mindful the postal system may be busier during these times.
Our packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and compostable where possible. We are continually looking for more zero waste options, to comply with our eco-friendly ways of working, ensuring we keep the environmental impact of the business to a minimum. We aim to help the environment and the wellbeing of people and animals by giving back to organizations doing good for the world. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Payment will be processed in the most current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement. International orders placed are typically processed in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, international orders may take 3-17 days to arrive; allow up to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive, since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Payment of duties and taxes may be required, Murie and Pearl Limited are not responsible for any customs fees, return fees, or taxes applied to your order.
We ship to all locations, excluding USA and Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We are looking to ship to these locations at a later date, we will inform our customers of any changes that occur. you can still browse the website if you are based at these locations.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
www.murieandpearl.com are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes). All orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers.
Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, Murie and Pearl is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur or tax and duties you may be charged.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: All orders for the UK under 20kg are tracked via Royal Mail. Shipping Costs with Royal Mail are based on weight. If the weight of a parcel being sent within the UK is over 20kg it will be sent via Parcelforce or alternative courier. International orders are tracked, and all UK/EU/International parcels are are sent with insurance cover.
For Pre-order items: An email will be sent with a notification of when you can expect your product to be shipped to you. (please allow up to 14 days for items to be dispatched).
Shipping to PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Due to customs regulations and restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Yemen, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol) Syria, Somalia, Naura and Russia. Details of restrictions and delays are updated frequently on the Royal Mail Website if you wish to check prior to placing an order. We will notify customers if there are any problems with shipping to any location prior to sending your parcels. at the time of your order we will contact you and provide a full refund if we are restricted in sending a parcel to your location.
